Gift cards are delivered digitally by email and include a unique code that can be entered at checkout to redeem the value. They can be used on any products in our shop, including handmade beauty items, wellness products, and even our baked goods.

Gift Card Validity

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be used anytime within that period. Any remaining balance may be used on future purchases until the expiration date.

Code Issues

If the gift card code cannot be located or accessed, the original purchaser must contact us with their name so we can verify the purchase. If the code has not been used, a replacement code can be issued. Replacement codes do not extend the original 6-month expiration and will remain valid only for the remaining time from the original purchase date.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
